Registration Fee

• Early Bird: 600
• Late Fee: 700

The registration fee includes:

• Welcome Reception
• Light lunch
• Gala Dinner
• Coffee breaks
• Conference material

A … € fee will be charged for accompanying persons of TWEPP 2025 participants who wish to join the Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner.

Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy

The TWEPP 2025 Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows:

• Conference registration canceled on or before 5^th of September, 2025 is refundable but subject to a € 50 administrative fee.
• Conference registration canceled on or September 5^th until September 30^th is refundable up to 50%.
• Conference registration canceled after September 30^th, 2025 the registration fee is not refundable.
• Registration fees may be transferred to another individual upon prior notification to the conference secretariat at twepp2025@uniwa.gr.
• In the TWEPP 2025, if registrant must cancel the participation due to force majeure, (acts of war, terrorist attacks, epidemics, pandemics like COVID-19, death, labor strikes, riots, crime or property theft, acts of God, natural disasters like blizzards, earthquakes, or hurricanes, or acts of terrorism), the full amount of their registration fee will be refunded.
• All requests for cancellations must be made in writing to the conference secretariat (twepp2025@uniwa.gr).
